DropAI is a SaaS platform that generates product page content for e-commerce stores using artificial intelligence. The Service transforms AliExpress product data into optimized product descriptions, features, benefits, and other marketing content.

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

DropAI offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
  • Share your account credentials with third parties
  • Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the Service

6. Generated Content

Content generated by DropAI is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing and editing generated content before publishing. DropAI does not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of generated content for any specific purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service. DropAI retains ownership of the Service, its technology, and branding.

8. Limitation of Liability

DropAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
